Where does your spring water come from?
Our Spring Water comes from the Dandenong Ranges and is one of the purest natural sources of Spring Water anywhere in the world.
Do you have any hidden charges?
Olinda Springs does not have any other charges such as a delivery charge or fuel surcharge.
Do I need to go on a contract?
Purchase your own cooler and there are no contracts to enter into.
I'm contracted with another supplier can I buy your spring water?
We can provide you with a free dispenser for the period of your existing contract so that you can make the change without it costing you extra.
What area do you deliver to?
We service Melbourne and the Metropolitan area.
How often do you deliver?
We structure our deliveries around our customer needs. Regular Weekly / Monthly deliveries, or we also deliver to order.
Why are your prices lower than other suppliers?
Olinda Springs is one of the few suppliers of spring water to own their own source and together with our close proximity to Melbourne, we are able to provide the lowest prices in the industry.
How often do I need to clean my cooler?
Depending on the environment that the cooler is situated in. However 3 to 6 months is about average. How to clean your cooler?
If I buy my cooler what happens if something goes wrong?
Our standard Cold and Room Temperature coolers come with a 5 year unconditional warranty.

WATER KILOMETRES
Most spring water that is delivered in Melbourne is sourced 100-200km away, then trucked to the Bottling Plant, bottled and delivered around Melbourne or country Victoria. However because of our close proximity to Melbourne, Olinda Springs has by far the lowest WATER KILOMETRES in the Industry, in delivering spring water from the source to our customer.
PET BOTTLES VERSES POLYCARBONATE BOTTLES
Our bottles are reused constantly over 5 years and on average each bottle would deliver over 900 litres of water during its lifetime before being recycled.
Unlike most companies in this industry who use polycarbonate bottles, which at present need to be shipped overseas for recycling, we use exclusively PET bottles which are 100% recycled in Australia.
SPRING WATER SOURCE
Most of the spring water used for bottling in Melbourne is sourced from North and West of Melbourne in areas that are being monitored for heavy use of ground water. Our spring water source in the Dandenong Ranges does not fall under any Ground Water Management Areas currently established to monitor over use of groundwater.

The Olinda Springs range of water "Well" dispensers includes several different models. Each designed to compliment the decor of your customers' home or office. There are always new models becoming available, but some of the current options include:
- Ceramic, (lead-free) wells with integral no-spill system and spike included.
- Available colours include white with blue trim, white with yellow trim and white with pink trim.
To accompany the range of Olinda Springs water dispensers, we also have a range of other products. These include:
- Disposable cups, in both paper and plastic, (designed to fit our range of cup dispensers).
- Bottle pumps, in both manual and electric, designed to draw water directly from a bottle of spring water.
- Bottle stands, manufactured from steel, powder coated for even greater durability. Various models are available to fit spring water bottles in volumes from 250ml to 19 litres.
